Hey guys. I dropped/destroyed my verizon 6800 two nights ago, and was about to replace it when I heard about the 6900. How do guys like it compared and should I switch? I notice it's cheaper than the 6800 on vzw's website, not sure why...? Any comparisons would be great...thx.

I had a 6800 and now have a 6900. I switched b/c of the data plan costs [$25 / mo for 4mb for the 6800 vs/ $7 unlimited for the 6900] here in my part of Canada through Bell.
Now that I've switched, I'd stay, I like the smaller phone. The only thing I miss is the keyboard for long texts / emails. Even that, though isn't so bad.

Thx for the replies. Looks like the only replacement option is a 6800. I do type long emails and text constantly so it looks like I may be good with that anyway. Thx

switched, adopted the cootek touchpal keyboard, and haven't looked back once..
the vogue is so much faster then the titan, and no more out of memory errors.. the 6900 is cheaper since it doesn't have wifi.. (but with unlimited data, who cares..)

I'm faster with touchpal then I ever was with the hardware mogul keyboard...

Had the mogul for 1 month, switched to touch. Touchpal is seriously a must for touchscreen only phones. I doubt it's faster than the hard keyboard 2handed vs 2handed. However, 1handed touchpal is probably faster than 1h hard keyboard.
If you have unlimited fast data, and don't need the wi-fi like most people, than the touch is the clear winner imho.
mogul has: way better viewing angle screen (google touch good vs bad screen), hard keyboard, wi-fi (necessary if you don't have wi-fi)
the touch: looks better, is smaller, lighter. The OS is snappier and more memory.
For me, I feel more productive on the Touch. If the mogul had more memory I'd probably choose that one.
