is it possible to kill the microphone with bootloader and os flash?

i don't think the flash is the problem but i want to ask before i return the phone. and i found nothing in the forums.

i just flashed the bootloader to hardspl 2.10 and the os from crc. the latest stable. did not touch the radio up till now.

and now my microphone stopped working

i just got it yesterday in exchange for an defect hermes so it's fresh out of the service center.

i was able to make one call. later today i cannot speak to anyone.
recording or voice command are not working too.
when the headset is plugged in all is fine.
really looks like defect hardware

looks like this problem has not appeared in this form before and its my hardware.

i just need to downgrade the bootloader.
sadly mrvanx site is down at the moment.
im stuck at the last step. from 1.10 to 1.04.
can someone tell me which boxes to check when i have do define which spl i have.
the cached site does not show pics and in the guide it says to check the red one.
or does someone have the pdf version.
