Hi!
Ive just set up a simple forum after finally getting Android to run on my Touch Dual. I thought i would just spread the word, because on the forum you can find posts with specific files and instructions to get Android to boot on various HTC Devices.

I know this would have saved me a lot of frustration when I was trying to get Android to work, as I struggled to find the right files for my device. Hopefully it will be just as helpfull for others!

Your best bet would be to try to get hold of the zImage known to work on a similar phone. Il let you know if I find something that should work.
In the meantime, why dont you give the Android Emulator (http://connect-utb.com/htcandroid/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8) a go?

Thanks for the heads up. BTW, I tried the Touch version from your forum and it loaded into a black screen with some really small text, the text was something like:
shutting down device
loading linux
.......
.......

Sadly, I would guess you need a different zImage then :(

It does something but after the Linux boot thingy, I just get a white screen and nothing more. HTC Touch with Shadow 2.1 rom.

Checked out this (http://connect-utb.com/htcandroid/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7) post?
If it still doesnt work, I guess its the rom thats making it difficult!

I've tried it on the Universal with the zImage for openmoko but after haret finished loading, the screen wipes out and I get a great big vibration going forever till I soft-reset.
