Prefetch in Windows Mobile

Hi there,
someone else already post it anywhere here but i couldn't find it.
Could it be possible that there is some kind of Prefetch feature in WM 6.1?
I noticed that the most roms where a bit slow after flashing, but the more you use it it became faster. Maybe it's just an illusion but who knows?

I beleive someone suggested that WM6.1 has prefetch and that is what was causing the problems with ROM freezes before installing the newest SPL's. Seen as though the new SPL's dont fix bootspeed I don't think this is the case.
No one commented on this prefetch remark, either saying it had one or not.
Googling this site for prefetch will find you the thread.

Also, a google for windows mobile prefetch returning nothing indicative. I'd imagine there would be something on the net if it had a prefetcher.
