Need help installing ROM ERROR 204

I really want to use dutty's new rom but I am having problems installing it. I have done a couple roms before and never had this problem. Currently I am using the q-mobile rom. I have tried 2 different XP computers. The problem is error 204 file not open. Activesync is connected to my phone, and is more than 50% battery. When I open up winzip I click on Kaiser_RUU.exe* and I go into the next screen that asks if my battery is more than 50% and such, then it says verifying information and BAM ERROR 204 can not open file. I tried downloading the ROM from mirror sites and still get the same problem. How can I fix this issue? Thanks

I tried using the L26 rom also and still get this problem.

any help would be appreciated, because this rom looks like it kicks some major a$$

try removing the usb cable and plugging it in to another port and letting a/s reconnect and then try flashing again.

unless I'm mistaken, you need to extract the files in a directory first then click the RUU exe file? I think it's looking for the nbh file because you directly clicked the exe file in the zip archive :)
