problem opeing buildos kasier

i am not sure if this is the right place to post this question .
I am having some problem opening my kasier 's buildos.
i get a error message after i select open the new buildos.exe from the cmd

i bet u dont have .net framework v2 installed in ur pc.

haha that is what i thought too.

i have firmware and visual C++2008 installed

edit:
i am able to open old buildos program but not the envius package buildos.
i see nothing showing on the old buildos program,
