OMFG!!! plz help me!!! :-(

hi ppl.. plz.. let me explain the problem!!!.
i was playing smartgear and somehow my HTC621 get MUTED (only any mp3 player Coreplayer an WM)
so i cant play my music.. anyone can fix this??!!

i tried to hard reset but the black screen never shows up..

somehow the Headset icon appear and it can be possible cause im charging it via USB (my headset and charger got lost :-( ) now i have no sound.. plz... can someone tell me whats happend..
tried to reinstall WM6.1 so i installed v24 in this forum.. but nothing... !!!

plz help me!!!

( in the sound config menu i can choose Tones for calls and can hear the sound so i dont know why WM and Coreplayer can send SOUND OUT.. lol))

Don't know a total solution off the top of my head, but here's what I would do.

1. Open up Smartgear and check to see if there is a setting to mute the program or the phone.

2. If that doesn't work, go to your system and phone settings and see if system is setup correctly.

3. If that doesn't work, go to your jogbar and see if that will adjust the volume back.

4. Lastly, go into WM player and see if it is muted. It has that feature available. So maybe it inadvertantly got messed up. Hope this helps.

.. lol... ive already check everything..
smartgear... is the guilty.. .. i dont know how but it keeps my phone mute sometimes..

its really weird.. but today i already hard reset 3 times... it get fix.. and then.. the phone mutes..
i think its the SD card.. cause witouth it it plays well (saved music) but its really weird.. dont u think!!!

well.. ill keep telling whats happend in a few days and talk about results later!!! thanks for support

well... the really is the phone shows the headset (headphones) icon but it is not connected cause i lost them!!! lol

try turning off bt u sed tht the headset shows uo well turn of bt and see if that works reply then ill walk u thru how to fix it

OMG.. now even with the HARD Reset the problem stills there..
my phone its mute!!!!

plz help me... it there anyway of dehabilitate (dunno how to write in english Deshabilitar) the sound trough earphones or something...
cause i can hear the calls... and even can turn on the SPEAKER!!!

can someone tell me whats happening??

Smartgear was decompreseed to SD.. so i can play it..
im formatting the SD now.. installing Again the kavanas trough pc.. and see what happend... plz.. help me.. when i get the video!!!
