last T-Mobile ROM how to remove logo

i have last t-mobile rom WM 5.0 (released in summer 2007).

this ROM have t-mobile logo above dialpad in phone aplication. my question is how to remove that logo? or insert there my own logo?

nothing happened.
i have installed this HTC_UNIVERSAL_VIDEO_CALL.CAB and still i have this t-mobile logo above dialpad.
i also tried to change dialpad skin but i havent do anything with this t-mobile logo :( help :(
