The best unlocker I have found is: Olipro. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=375583)

You will also need a modern Hard SPL: jockyw2001 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=396922)

If your future ROM does not include a radio: AllTheWay (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393182)

As an alternative, you can find it yourself.
