TouchScreen does not work - HELP PLEASE!!!

Touch screen does not work on my IMATE JASJAM , any clue please??
How to solve this problem , is that soft issue or technical issue..

if it still does it after a hardreset it's a hardware issue

if its still under warranty, take it back. To change the lcd is pretty pricey and its so NOT worth the hassle of trying to change the touchscreen... If you need to fix then try ebay for screens or a broke phone. Got my new jasjam for $120 Australian and surprise, surprise, just a dud battery and camera module. Replaced from old phone and now it works fine...
