XT9 Chinese Pinyin with 20-key touch dual on WM6.1?

I flashed my Touch Dual with WM6.1, and found that even with CE-Star R2.8c installed, I am not able to get the Hardware key to work properly. Anyone has any idea how that can be accomplished?
