Missing --> Transcriber, Letter Recognizer and Block Recognizer

Hi!
I got my Tc this friday and I discovered that Transcriber, Letter Recognizer and Block Recognizer are missing when I want to choose the way I want to write.
I have the normal keyboard and touch keyboard and touch knappsats(I dont know the english word for that one)

Is there a way to get them back or download them?
I have also been into the registry and they weren´t there.
I tried to see if they were not activated
15. Disable a keyboard/input method and free up memory
(disable=0,enable=1)

E.g. disable Transcriber:
KEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{F0034DD0-2AD4-11D1-9CB0-E84BE8000000}\IsSIPInputMethod\(Default) = 0

E.g. disable Letter Recognizer:
KEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{42429690-AE04-11D0-A4F8-00AA00A749B9}\IsSIPInputMethod\(Default) = 0

hey, i'd like to have help for this issue as well..and im sure more ppl do, since the english ROM has transcriber, block/text recognizer and ours don't!

my ROM is portuguese.

Transcriber, Letter Recognizer and Block Recognizer is also missing on mine.

Looked in the registry but the keys aren't even there so I'm not sure how to enable them, or if its even possible without installing a new OS version.
Anyone got any ideas?
