Disabling the Connecting Dialog from appearing?

Hi all again. How do I disable the Connecting Dialog Pop Up Display from showing when phone is connecting to 3G/Edge? Somewhere in the registry? Or is there a app that can tweak this setting?. Thanks

Add a 'Disconnect' button and Timer to the Connection List for GPRS/HSPDA:
Make the following changes in you registry:

HKLM\ControlPanel\Phone\

Add "Flags2 = 16" (DWORD decimal)

Actually I did a search first. Wrote "disconnect dialog" or "internet dialog connection" connection popup" "connection message"and got no result in my end. Will try better next time I guess. thanks.
