NEW ICO-Icons in 48/32/24/16 Pixels

every zip has a seperate folder with Icons with GERMAN text !

- If you need the pngs smaler, resize them with any painting software to 48 or 32 pixels for QVGA.

Man, here you are again with the icons, I'm excited! I just gave my Touch the Diamond overhaul today.

My suggestion on the style would be to either keep it the way you have (I personally use the grayscale effect in UL on the icon touch) or have the icon image in grayscale with the Diamond green font, I believe it's an emerald color.

Actually , I changed my mind. I just started gettin some of the home screens on my touch, and I would actually much rather use the Opera in red. I would really like to see both. You couldn't really get it perfect unless you could mix it up with the grey scale and the color's.

question: what iconsize do you need for vga , 64 x 64 ?

My perfect icons would have
1. Color variants: Black and White
2. Highlight/Border color: Green for White, White/Gray for Black
3. No Text, Only Images
4. Images in Gray/Black/White (I prefer un-colored)

as some of you may know i was making about 340 icons for my last set. so making this new one with black and white background would be too much for one man, because this will last weeks or months.
so i will do the white background because i like this clean white style that is so different to all this black styles here in the community.
but i will do more tests and again some questions:
1 do you need the icons also highlighted and for what app ??
2 what size do you need for vga ??

i'm sorry but no chance, thats the look i like most and i dont have the time doing so many icons also in different styles.
more icons will come, this is a first set so that you can use most of your apps.
also working on german text icons.

i am a great "white" fan, and the icons you made so far are almost already all i use on regular bases. i hope i am not offending if i add some request that would be cool!?

additionally to the "vibrate" i would like to have an "Mute" and one for normal "sound". one for "Flightmode" and a "car-profile" icon would be great.
other than i can only thing of a "Phone" icon that can be missused for missed calls or as shortcut to phone history and one for "www" icon to mark a global internet application tap :-)

okay, some downloads ;)
i will do more icons in the evening, but when making such a set its neccessary to have first all basic icons (like contacts) and then i will do something like "pocketcm", sound profils and special apps like wm5torage..., kaiser tweaks and so on.
For some apps i have to make completly new (like my "rotate") Icons/graphics. For example wm5torage has no Icon that can be used by me, so some of this apps will last longer than others.

but post here what you need, i read it.

this icons are for launchers or other software you find here at xda devs or softeware you can buy. if you have one of this apps look in that thread how to change icons.
you can´t replace the orginal icons of htc with this but you can use it for ultimate launch, ifonz, mobileshell, htc home and so on.
maybe one of the users can post here a screenshot for him ? im allways interested what you guys do with the icons :D

but you can use this Icons for HTC Home ! (a external software from HTC ;))

just looked at your link, maybe its possible, but seems to be difficult. YOu must xcange dlls. Wouldnt do that. And my Icons are to big for the startmenu, even if you make them smaller.

and do you know a program called sk shortcut manager? it lets you change program icons, but only choosing from a kind of dll packs, u know hot to making a pack like that with yours? that would open maaaaany possibilities

most users here use other launchers/GUis for their mobile phone and not the startmenu or the windows mobile programfolder, so there is no need for them(and me) of changing dlls.

UL will only use .ico files..

"Problem": UL needs ico format but my icos are only 48 Pixel, so:
1. use my 64x64 pixel pngs
2. search for freeware "icofx" and install it on you PC.
3. Put any icon u want to use from my icon-folder in the window of "icofx". A dialogue appears, on the bottom you now choose userdefined format: 64 x 64 pixel (or maybe a little bit bigger, i dont know because i dont have vga)
4. save this to a new folder and ready is you ico.

this goes really fast but you must do that for every Icon you want to use.

Could you make a regular phone icon. I love the set but I am tired of using your phone icon from the glass icon set. Or maybe just tell me if I missed it, UL wont let you actually see the icons before you use them.

okay i found time for this update, all icons are done, but dont know what wifimerouter is or what kind of software or what it does so i can´t create a icon.

In the png Folder is my white and dark BLANK background, so everone can create more Icons. The Font i use is "Trebuchet MS", RGB: 32, antialiasing

These look great BTW, thank you very much. The only thing I think you may have confused is the Todo List and the Task manager? Unless you meant for it to look like that, but when I said task manager I meant the program that manages running programs and process's. Here's a link to what icons for it usually look like.

Attached are a few custom icons for: SPB Pocket plus, SPB Weather, WA3, Pocket Hackmaster, and some others I found useful.

Also attached is a Diamond-ish skin for SPB Weather and a very crude skin for SPB Pocket Plus that I threw together real quick.
