Déblocage opérateur SFR

je suis en train de me renseigner pour acheter un polaris. Quand celui ci est bloqué SFR comment peut on le débloquer sachant que je suis chez Orange

Faut il absolument une carte SIM SFR lors du déblocage? Peux t on synchroniser le PDA sans carte SIM SFR?

merci de me dire qu'elles sont les possibilités qui s'offrent à moi si j'achète un polaris SFR
