unlink bluetooth from beam

i hate having to enable beam, and then enable bluetooth everytime i want to use bluetooth. Is there a way i can just enable bluetooth without enabling beam? or is some way i can just link these together so when i enable bluetooth it also automatically enable beam as well?

I have never ever had to enable or disable beam for the purpose of bluetooth, only IR. I always leave it disabled, and bluetooth still works.
