Since some time, my UP arrow key (in D-pad) seemed to be not in full flow. Some times, I have to press more than once to just move the cursor up. At times it works flawlessly, but not for long. Other arrows in D-Pad are working flawlessly.
Any idea, as how to get rid of this issue?

i this problem too with mine. although the keys i have issues with are the right d-pad and the middle select button!
im guessing they just need cleaning but i am waiting til my warranty runs out in a few days to break the seal and have a look!!
i do use my phone alot each day and it gets alot of abuse, but its lasted nearly a year so far!!

Ya... It's true that even I use it to the nth level. I use it for emailing, scheduling, FTPing files to server, gaming, music, movies, browsing, imaging and for what not. No wonder.
Please let me know when you complete the cleaning after warranty period. I have got another 6 months' warranty. Hence can't do much r & d.

I've had intermittent problems with my left D-pad button. It will stop working for a while (months) and then unexpectedly start working again.
I'm pretty sure that when it is not working, it is somehow stuck (though not physically) in the "pressed" position. The reason I say this is that when I would open or close the keyboard, a "left" (when closing) or "up" (when opening) keypress would execute. The other side effect is that the camera button and voice command buttons didn't work, and holding down a key wouldn't repeat. It made scrolling a real pain.
Right now it is working fine, so I just keep my fingers crossed.
