TC stuck in tricolor screen whith update error

Hello girls and boys,
yesterday my TC first stuck in tricolor screen and shows
POLA100 RUUNBH
SPL-1.25.0000
CPLD-2
and downwards: USB or SERIAL
It happened as I tried to flash back the original Radio for it. The update monitor showed ERROR 262 (0%), before that I had already installed signed_RUU. for original German WM6-ROM and it worked fine exept the decreasing GSM connection.
After that I searched here the whole night for solutions but none of them (MTTY, Radio Murata, UN-SPL, flash Radio or OS from microSD) helped.
I guess it's all I am able to!:(
Maybe one of you guys can help me?
Or can anybod tell me whether my TC is dead? :confused:

Thats what my tricolor screen shows!

Maybe someone can tell me where I can get the original German RUU....ship.exe for Polaris.

Did you install HardSPL before playing around with your phone?

Yes I did, and it worked fine exept the bad radio issue.
My TC started to hang as I tried to get back.
