Gene Vibrates continously, does not turns on after flashing

I recently re flashed my Gene with the following ROM RUU_Gene_hTC_Asia_India_1.17.720.1_4.1.13.34_02.79 .90_Ship, after the sucessfull upgrade message. The phone started to vibrate and does not boot or I get the 3 colour screen. Please help

I had exact the same experience after installed some software and rebooted the device. I do not remember what software it was. After all there was a one way (for me) - take the device to the htc service. After 1.5 month i had got my device with the motherboard replaced, so ...
