One button speakerphone on?

Are there any apps around to make this work?

I'd like to just press 1 button during the call for it to turn the speakerphone on, instead of going to menu>3.

I have oldsap's speakerphone app, but it turns the speakerphone on automatically.

Why dont you hold the "call" key down for 2 seconds. That works also
