my disply goes black

hello everybody need somebody...

since 3 weeks my spv e650 sometimes goes black and i cant type nothing on it and if i like to work i have to put out the battery pack...mmmm before i put out the battery pack the only think you can see is the green power lead working.

what is my problem????

I have had the same problem...

Just turn back your phone to your provider!
