Help pls. Dopod 818 pro doesn't boot anymore

Hi, can anyone pls help. i did a flash on my dopod and after 100% done, it reboot and hanged at the 3 color lines showing IPL 1.00 SPL 2.15.

You need to HardSPL your device. Read the wiki page on recovery.
