This ROM is using new Upgrade Methode.. Make sure you have HARDSPL (Important !!!) your device.

Recommended Radio ROM 2.19

HARDRESET is as always recommended after flashing.


Free Storage around 62 MB. Free Memory 29 MB. (Adobe Feature not installed at this case)

Tested on G4 Device. G3 Device seems to have more free storage.




How to make ROM more faster without Overclock.( Actually it's already fast and too fast in my opinion).

But if you want to make it more .Then you should try this reg setting

HKLM/System/GDI/GLYPHCACHE/limit: 8192 => 16384 ( if you want, you can try 32768 or 65536 )My best setting is at 32768

Increase File System Cache
HKLM\System\StorageManager\FATFS/CacheSize: 0 => 4096

Increase File System Filter Cache
HKLM/System/StorageManager/filters/fsreplxfilt\ReplStoreCacheSize: 0 => 4096

Since this ROM is UC ROM.

You can add this installer on SD Card and to be run automatically. ( Dunno how? Read below guide)

there are two files that you have to copy to storage card .


SdConfig.txt and Cabs

So you need to copy this two files to SD Card to make it User Customize..

Just put cabs that you want to be auto install .

and edit the SDConfig.txt , if you add something

this is the original one for this ROM.


CAB: \Storage Card\Cabs\Adobe Reader LE.cab
CAB: \Storage Card\Cabs\Adobe_Flash_Lite.cab
LOCK: Disabled
RST: Reset

So you have to edit it to this one ( if you add abxd.cab )

CAB: \Storage Card\Cabs\abxd.cab
LOCK: Disabled
RST: Reset

and save the file.

and it will auto install your cabs, each time you hardreset your device.

build 192xx are the real builds for HTC kaiser . Cloudyfa has made a ROM for it. build 199xx and 195xx are real for VGA devices. build 197xx and 194xx are fake builds , created by some cookers from China, for example: build 19701 is fake from build 19202.

But build 19701 is really fast. As fast as original one.

the next real build for kaiser is build 19214 from AT&T

So this build 192xx is the official Build from KAISER.

good job mate! Unfortunately Network Plugin combobox is EMPTY and Mode SMS does not work. Cant switch to traditional.. some error message .CF appears. Perhaps some tweaks were done wrongly? But all in all, its awesome!

Agree with others here -- very nice ROM, thank you for your efforts. What I notice so far on my i-mate JAMin:

1. Still have to find a WM 6.1 ROM that will allow connection to my WiFi access point (which uses WPA-PSK, NOT WPA2) -- it's shown as available, but won't connect (and I have the right key, since all my other computers connect). -- But this problem is not unique to your ROM, I don't think

2. Absence of Random Access for contacts is a big loss -- when I've tried a few other CABs around, including ones that purport to cover problems folks have, I get no joy. Contacts won't even happen.

3. I agree, Network Connection is simply empty. Windows Provisioning is in the extended_rom, and I also tried downloading the posted CAB. Neither worked. Conversely, downloading Duty's Connection Manager does the job.

4. Biggest problem was using Poorly Duck's Dialer. Did I miss something? I don't care about smart dialing (which I tried enabled and disabled), just that when I dial a number, I can use my D-Pad to switch among the different numbers (e.g., H, H2, W, etc.) without having to go to call history or minimizing the keypad (i.e., basic WM5 behavior if I recall). This caused me to uninstall and revert to a Cloudyfa ROM (19701 at the moment -- still no WIFI joy, but all else is good).

Otherwise, quite a speedy room, with, as noted good storage. Can't say I like your initial boot-up surprise, but that's pretty easily bypassed.

All the above given in the spirit of constructive criticism. You do great work, and I love flashing the ROMs in the hope that I will eventually come across the one that is PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

If anyone want to have Network Wizard to function as it should be, you can install Network Wizard v 1.0.29973.1.0.1.4 as attached below or put it in SD Config.txt

Everything else is OK. It's the very nice ROM and speedy. I haven't found any other problems with this ROM.

hi great job on this rom i simply love it especially the bluetooth features,
i am having a problem with the network name its not showing...
on the upper bar and in the wireless plugin its showing 2 boxes and an A with a triangle on top.
can this be fixed
my model is a g3 and radio rom is 2.19 the one suggested in the begin of the tread

yups. The ExtROM seems strange. That is the Problem with the first version.

I have changed the registry to read from ext rom. But wont works.

Hi, i just flash with this rom..
everything is perfect except the call volume. i can't adjust the volume during call and in speaker phone mode.
Does anyone having this problem?? i'm using g4... and i already did a hardreset after flash...:(
