pairing an HB15 danew with Voice Command

Friends,

I have connected my HB15 danew earphone with the Cruise. No problem.
Where the problem lies, is when I want to instruct VOICE COMMAND to dial a number.
The HB15 does not start Voice Command.
All my old eraphones do.

I am going madddddddd. Please help :o:o:o:o
