HTC home Plugin not showing up

I need you help expertise once again.
Sorry If this is a dupe thread, I've without success tried to find a similar issue in the forum,therefore here is my issue:

My HTC home plugin does not appear , I've tried diferent configuration without any success, am I missing something ?

I'm using HTC 2.1.

First, try hiding the ExtROM (only if it is unhidden...) and restart.
Next, try disabling HTC Home, restarting, and enabling it again.
Finally, try a hard reset/ROM flash.

If you installed it as a cab, you could try uninstalling it, restarting, re-installing it, restarting and then activating it.
