Active Synce Problems Flash Roms On Htc 36000

need help please ,,when trying to reformat my phone with a new rom i get error messages all the time.i tried with active sync 4.5i really would like some help..to get around this porblem as iwant to change the rom on my phone..cheers

did you flash HARD SPL ever?

hi there i might of done once how do i correct that if i have ...

error 246 device not responding

and it goes to red green blue white menu

and then does nothing

iv tried various roms

thanx anyways for your help iv fixed the problem... which is to take the cable out of pda when in red green blue screen and restart rom again then it will flash the phone.
