Very fast, but some bugs.
Serveral services have been moved to extended rom, such as wireless service/stk, but the registry stll refers to windows directory. So, these services can not work.

Is it possible to change the theme on this ROM? Or just a background image?

If I try to click on *.tsk file then I just get Today configuration and the theme will not be actually installed. :-(

If in Today configuration I try to specify the background image, then it is not displayed correctly (it looks like the color palette reduces the amount of colors to 4 or something like this). I've tried different image formats (gif, bmp, jpg) - no success.

Please advise!

1. place your favourite *.tsk to the directory

a. \storage card\ or

b. \windows\

then you can select the theme from the today setting ~~~ :)

After using V5.2 since its release..personally, I think V3 is better in terms of stability. A2DP Bluetooth seems to have improved as there are less skipping, but I am getting the occasion system hang especially when I have incoming call..

With all the rom that I have tried, it seems different phone behaves differently and mine is so just prone to system hanging..

Having said that, V5.2 is still a great and fast rom. But if you are like me feeling stability is king, V3 is still the way to go..

before hard reset,

a. remove all activesync partnership from the device and the desktop,

b. reset device and restart PC,

c. sync again.

if really helpless..... you need to

1. hard reset, then....

2. activesync with nothing,

3. then sync one by one option,

4. install your software one by one to see if any software related issue....

try to increase pagepool. maybe it helps
my fav is 10mb pagepool. (i cant decide between 8 and 12 ;) )

v3 based on korands rom with a default Pagepool of 12MB and v5.2 based on cloudyfas rom and afik with a pagepool of only 4mb

I already try to use the "settings>screen" but only change the size in the today screen, in the file explorer, for example, still the same.

The option, "Receive all incoming beams." in Connections settings is activated. Sending files via bluetooth to other devices works.
I can pair with other devices and my device is also listed in their "Beam to" list, but once they try to send a file, it fails.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I use so many ROMs here in xda, I am so grateful to all the ROMchefs. I find it my obligation to say at least few words to the support of the chefs whos ROM I use frequently. Some appreciation is the least (who dont donate with money!) thing one can do.

My credentials to this ROM:

1. This is really the Fastest of all ROMs, the nearest fast ROM is l3v5y's Prophet Future 20270 Clean (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=417657)

2. This ROM is Clean but have all the necessary applications like in the official, yet giving 70MB on a G4!!!!

3. Everything works, everything, BT, WiFi, netshare all perfect!!

4. Program memory is high 24+ ... ... works fast enough even after installing M2D or other UI/plugins etc.

5. One can install many programs if they want on a big playground of 70MB!!

6. Speed, after all, is the BIGGEST marvel of this ROM, dazzling fast, prophet feels like a completely different machine!

Dear Friend, The Phone rings dont change because there are some problem fetching them from the ext-ROM. So transfer them from ext-ROM to main memory.

1. go to extended ROM on your phone
2. you will see three .wma files there, copy them (dont cut! becoz you cant cut them!!)
3. paste the files to my documents or anywhere else
4. Now change ringtone from Phone>settings>select and OK

Note: When you go to phone settings you will see duplicate ringtones!! To make sure which are from not from Ext-ROM do this:
after copying to my documents you can rename them (for example standard1, standard2 and standard3.wma etc.) so that you can distinguish them from the ones still in ext-rom.
