Scrolling application?

I am looking for a scrolling(flick) app that I can put icons into on the homescreen. one that is customizable(height) and skinnable... Any one know of any?

Thanks, I looked at it and am unsure if it will do what i want.. I am wanting something like this

(preferably a today screen program)

but I want to be able to flick it left and right..Will throttle launcher do that?

I think TL should be configurable like that...

Ultimate launcher can do that, and highly configurable..
you can choose your own icons in .ico format.
