Where's the sticky for new rom's?

I am a newbie here, and now i have schaps rom, but everyone has something different, i would like to try different roms to compare, but i am having a hard time finding them, they seem scattered and lost throught the pages, I know i am missing something somewhere, so is there a thread or site where everyone post there new roms for people to try? or where should i look to find the different roms?
