Data connection auto disconnects every 5 min! Help, pls!

Hi!

I have AT&T Tilt and facing very strange problem - when I connect my Tilt as a bluetooth modem or using Internet sharing (bluetooth or USB) the data connection starts, I can download files and open Internet pages, but data connection disconnects every 5 minutes.

I've tried several different ROMs and Radios, tried different carriers, tried different laptops, but all the same.

When I plug the same sim-card into HTC Touch and connect it as a modem - everything works just fine and no disconnects.

Please, help!

you mean where he was told that he posted in the wrong section?

As for the OP, what rom, radio, etc are you using? As much detail as you can provide is helpful in finding solutions.

I am using:

ROM: Ruu_Signed_Duttys_WM6.1_Hybrid_1.64.08.21 [RTM]
Radio: 1.64.08.21
Carrier: MTS Ukraine

What can I add? Any extra info?
