Look at Phone ->Options->Band. There it says clearly that you have the choice to select a 850+1900 GSM band.

Ah, but look what's up now at HTC Store, "Diamond Americas (http://www.htcphonestore.com/product.asp?itemMDL=HTC_DIAMOND_US)" due in August:
850/1800/1900 MHz
3G: 850/1900 MHz
So, not quadband, but bands that will work on AT&T in U.S.! Woohoo! Hopefully Touch Pro will follow suit.

If I have to wait until mid/late August, I think I'll just hold on a little longer and get the Experia. Quad band. Nuff said.
