vox e650 death - problem

hi customer gives me vox e650 after water damage i clean but now i can put only into test mode 3 colours bars info from service mode:

vox onbl 1.22.0000 wifi hitachi
vox spl 1.22.0000
vox cpld - 04

i need image for this set

I got the same when try update rom I got all time rom corupted and can't do anything any help will be welcome I got killed phone only turn on in boot mode and need help. bye
