Where can i get Self Diagnostic App?

Because I can not find the way to ture on camera flashlight.

I use to use Self Diagnostic program
but when i up to WM6.1 karuma last present it gone

If any one know how to turn on-off camera flashlight

Try to use a tool called "Light" or "FlashLight".
