Most CAB's arnt stored in the ROM on the Kaiser.
I believe you need to extract the package from the ROM and then build a CAB yourself. I saw a proper answer somewhere but I can't find it sorry :(

I couldnt find a satisfactory answer to this. I tried to use dutty's tools to extract the nbh file and then use winimage but I got stuck.
Also you have to do something to the cabs before they are cooked, it would seem. So I guess you would have to the reverse this on the way out of the rom. Pure conjecture as I am new at all this Kaiser stuff (expert as of yesterday of course :) )
