Help for new radio version install??

Would anybody know how to install a new radio version onto my HTC Cruise?

I have looked for it, but I don't seem to find a good solution.

sorry if i ask how did you flash your turn back to Radio 1.58.21.23 co'z when i update my polaris signal goes to 2 bar only my one is 1.70.0 olinex
