Weird problem

Hey, I'm having a weird problem when i'm trying to put a new rom in my prophet, but i will explain it better so you can help me understand where is the problem..

The prophet has WM5, ando so when i run the hardspl in the prophet and after the screen goes white so i can upload the new rom it seems that the computer can't detect after a few seconds which is normal, the problem is here that when i'm going to start upgrade the new rom the prophet goes to the original bootloader and the rom doesn't work.. I've already try very times.. but it's always the same the white sreen dissapears. What the hell is happening? can everyone help me? I would be thank full

Problem - Sold. It was the version of the IPL, it wasn't the last version

Yes. Thanks anyway. It was the version of the ipl which was 2.10.0001. I did the upgrade to 2.20.0001 and then i was able to doing finnaly the update
