I sent my O2 XDA Neo to the UK to repair a speaker problem (under warranty). For some unknown reason they removed English and burned in German. It took them over 2 months for this simple repair so I am not sending again. I am disabled and just had surgey and take a daily schedule of meds so I rely on this to remind me. Please help ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!
