windows 6.1 opperagprs error or prob

i installed wm6.1 opper on my t-mobile dash but there is a networking prob with the gprs, it doesnt recieve the gprs /internet data plan that i have for it:confused:

tried to put in the settings manualy`?

i got it put in gprs in the gprs setting under connections so i guess it can connect to the gprs in the gprs edge connection but just shows that theres a channel not that its connected
