how to take out the program installation cab

I'de like to take the installation cab,like Opera Ita, GoogleMaps Ita, etc...etc...
If i remember right the installation cabs are hidded in some way.
I've also dumped the full italian rom (4 raw files) is it possible to take the cabs from there?
