SX56 Unlocked but more problems

After using your help, my Wallaby is unlocked. I can call another phone and receive a call from another phone BUT cannot transmit or receive sound/voice.

Any ideas??????

I have discovered that the phone works with a hands free device. The big question, the really big question is can I change settings so that the phone works without the hands free device?
