is there any tool to measure 2G and 3G networks with windows mobile?

I don't search another monitor i need a tool to measure resonse time and bandwidth.

Have a look at www.commmgrpro.com, there's a nice tool there that shows graphical statistics about your UTMS history and bandwith etc. Might be what you're looking for.
