Install notes:

1. Copy folder "Atom" in Rltoday folder.
2. Copy fonts in "Windows".
3. Copy Vibra (Switch).exe in "Windows".
4. Edit Skin.xml for change your OnClick Files,AnalogClock timezone, and location text (Sity, State).
5. Enjoy.

Can you please post the tsk file that you're using as well? I can't find a tsk theme with the top and bottom bar like the one you have (it's always either flat black or too light).
