How to use 8gb memory?

Hello.
I have an o2 atom life and an 8gb microsdhc.
It couldn't read the card, so I searched and got a sdhc.cab
After using that, the phone is able to read the card, but reads only 4gb.

What can I do to use all the memory?

use sdhc driver ,and miniSD sdhc card or microSD sdhc (t-flash) with adapter. U must use wm6.0 or 6.1 rom as wm5.0 has 4gb storage limit
