is it possible to download GPRS/MMS settings via SMS on Windows Mobile like other phone i.e. NOKIA, if so please what is solution/software?

I think it is impossible!! but GPRS settings is very easy, you must only enter acess point and thats all for my operator...

... just go to your operators web site and you'll find a link to download all the connection settings. At least T-Mobile and Orange in the UK offer this service. I haven't had any dealings with other operators so I don't know any more than that.

Try to look up network wizard. It can configure everything for your operator.
