XIPs for VOX (19195 19202 19700 20202)

I had cooked this XIPs

now i would like to share my works to VOX cookers

there are totally wm6.1 (no wm6.0 screen on start)

The 19195 come from moto Q8 21r
The 19202 come from moto Q8 24r
but 19700 and 20202 come from someone's rom. not official rom.
As say (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=402289), the file list speed was greatly improved in 20202
you can use resco explorer (http://www.resco.net/downloads/cab/rescoexploreren_s.ARM.CAB) to find out the improvement.

can you explain what a XIP is? because i dont understand it :o

Is this to make your phone faster? if yes how to use it?
