o2 xda orbit 2 lockdown

I am having problem trying to do a basic lockdown of an o2 xda orbit 2. I need to remove or hide access to everything apart from 1 particular app, which i also want to run automatically at startup.

I also need to stop access to the phone app which is proving difficult as it seems to start every time i press the green or red call buttons....
