Here is the Yahoo Go 3.0 Beta for touch phones. Just tested and it works like a charm. Much better interface than in previous version.

I had trouble with first install. Login info seemed to want to remeber locochad(?) as user name. I re-entered my nic with pw, and it seemed to go thru, except I saw locochad flash in the username bar. Each time I would load YGo!, it would show my username but provide error while loading. Simple reinstall was required. Ok now.

Email client seems to properly reflect actual online inbox, better than the Mobile Yahoo Mail! that comes preloaded. I would get only some of the messages.

There does not appear to be a yahoo messenger widget download though I know the phone is preloaded with yahoo instant messenger messaging prog. Will test it out a little more and edit with my result....

[edit1] The website above is Yahoo Instant Messenger Messaging program but is not a widget. However, I am running Yahoo Go! with Yahoo Messenger open fine and can switch back and forth.
[edit3] I am now convinced ur answer is that its just able to support email client from within Ygo! menus. I don't seem to find compatible messenger widget to run with beta 3.0. As i have att tilt with zero experience with other yahoo go progs, I am not sure whether to expect this or not...Any ideas?

it has a maps/directions section so i am assuming it does have gps capabilities but I havent checked it to make sure.

yes.. its the same version as the one that was released in may.

It was just recently posted on a couple of winmo blogs so its just coming to some peoples attention.

I didn't realize it would work correctly with att tilt. I swear I tried to install a few times unsuccesfully:eek:

how about the messenger plugin? Can it be squeezed as a widget or was it in previous versions?
