I'm just uploading the beta of the WWE version
It will be in ENG, ESN, FRA, GER, ITA, NLD, PTG, DAN, NOR, PLK and RUS

ELF Diamond beta (http://www.mediafire.com/?21m1dkyrtb1)

Please remember that it's a beta... I only had the touch for 2 days so I don't know what should be in the rom..
Anyway please test it and see if something is not working.

ThrottleLauncer is not in this version because the version I'm using is still in development

Known Bugs I found myself
Camera not working: Fixed
in settings/system there is a black icon with no text don't know yet why and what is supose to be there.
Also there is a blank icon in Connections with the text SMS Services but it's only in the english version I try to remove it.

Ported the XIP from Kaiser so now its CE OS 5.2.19213(Build 19213) offical HTC release

I do not know but I've heard that it should work if there is no radio inside the ruu and there is no radio....
But please check for confirmation on that before flashing...
I only had my Touch for 2 day so cooking for ELF is new to me.

It also seems to be UC compliant (didn't test as I flashed w/o SD installed).
The only bug I have found so far is that Throttle Config and the application will not run. I navigated to the ThrottleLauncher folder in program files and all the folders seem to be empty. I wonder if something is set to load from the SD card, via customization? Gullum could you post the ThrottleLauncher folder, so we can simply replace the empty one?

Edit: Sorry I was so excited to see your ROM worked, I didn't read all of Post 1 indicating TL was not installed and that it was UC compliant. I will read next time....

simply delete the throttle folder from Program files
And delete 2 regs

Because far from everyone uses them( I have a pool in development and hacking) and MMS not something people use there are cabs

Calendar - next appointment - upcomming appointment - next event(whole day) page 2 shows info on tasks
Contacts - Photo dialer
Programs - add as many apps you like
Weather - get weather forcasts
Music - music player
Comm Manager - enable BT,WIFI, Flightmode, internet shareing page 2 Stats, sound on, viberate, sound of page 3 lock device, free ram, reset
Settings - some shortcuts to settings apps like Backlight,Power and Today setting and shows stats on Battery memory and storage,
Picture - shows pictures from a folder of your choice
Internet - launce IE or some shortcuts.. more can be added

in the config app you can hid or rearange all the Footer tabs change values for what is displayed
SMS and Email will also be added to the Footer tabs

with Throttle you will never or hardly ever press the start menu again.

I can make it in more languages but the initflashfiles.dat file for Russian and Polish and some other languages only have numbers inside insted of test so it's much harder to make the roms. Iv'e released roms for Russian and Polish before so it can be done but need much more work then the orhere languages

I could make an Arab rom but I don't have an original WM6.1 that I can get thr mui files from.

Maybe this will get others to move away from HTC Stuff.

When i used the Kaiser dial there was always one Button missing.
(on the right sometimes when you finished conversation, since it was blank i don't know what it was supposed be)

Did you notice that with this version?

If not you prolly have a better OEM package.

I was using the Kaiser Dialer, you are using Dual Dialer.

I also see that you prefer using The Kaiser QVGA XIP instead of Newer VGA (Xperia Diamond XIP's)
You propably have a good reason for that?

I see you leave Default WM6.1 Taskmanager in there.
I haven't had any isues removing this. (with all the other Taskmanagers available)

The Switching (ABC/T9 button) from ComboQwerty, still has one version with non Transparant Magenta.
Same for the SYM 123 key and Caps Shift key. (not all states)

Sms services under connections is also blank and not responsive (as if i ever used this)

And indeed the funny blank icon with no name in System Tab.
Never had that.

Memory is a bit on the Low side 21.70 with nothing running on Home screen.
This is still early. will play with it some more.

Like the newer HTC 2.0 Xclose, but i'm now used to using BTstatus Taskmanager and go for saving space by kicking out Xclose.

Doesn't Pocket Rar also Handle .Zip files? (as i also see default Zip ap there)

I see HTC Services Running, disabling this won't influence enlarged menu or Xclose.
After disabling SQM up and Services i'm now on 23.MB free.

Maybe you can try these two other methods to put Bluetooth SAP Settings in Control Panel using a different Name.

HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCCPL\Applet11

Or make a new RAI for the Bluetooth SAP Settings.

etcetc.

BUt if i read correctly this is a known bug, and knowing you this means it has been solved allready, and i'm making an ass of myself trying to say something to someone who knows the registry way better then me.

I'm not a newbie either (eg. flashed your rom in minutes). Just trying to get the english version of the exact Diamond keyboard you have on this rom onto a different device. Feeling kinda dumb.:confused:

I tried with the RUU comes together with the rom, tried with different RUU but failed getting Error 328 invalid command (of course my Elfin is CID unlocked, any other rom I can flash from bootloader)

I use the files and process from Swiftblade's BlueTouch ROMs and replace the .nbh file in the RUU folder with the ROM I want to flash. Make sure you install the "Cert_SPCS" and "Enable_Rapi" cabs to the device and reset. This usually works for me. Sometimes if I don't get the "white screen" I will reset, and delete the "HaRet.exe" file from the device, reset and try again. Sometimes ROMs flash on the first try and sometimes it takes me 5-8 tries using the same process.

i have an ELFIN..
i've tried to flash with this roma, but the screen is:
the file is corrupted!!

i launch in the camera buttons and power, and then i lunch ROMUpdateUtility.exe
but at 8% the flash is interrupted..

where did I go wrong?

sounds like a coruped download or you did not do Hard spl or unlock you device.

I flashed this on my elfin and this is my quick review.

The ROM seems slow compared to others I tried and I am not sure why.
I had to install to the elfin using the method we have to use to flash USPL "through the 3 steps where I copied the NBH file and renamed it to match the original name there".
The power button does not work and I mean by this that if I press on the power button and hold it it will come up with the question about switching the device off but when I cleck on yes the screen goes off for a couple of seconds and then come back "the only way for me was unplugging the battery".
I could not make TL work at all and I tried using the gullum's cab "on the website" directly after flashing but both icons won't load in the program area and then I tried to load the setup again form the website and install gullum's cab on top again and only the setup works.
