So one of the big things on the iPhone is their statement about background tasks chewing up power.. now that is probably one part practical and one part pure philosophy.. but it made me wonder if there were tasks that we could disable (or reduce their frequency) on our WM6.1 phones to increase battery life. Some of these might only be for people that don't use email, or sms, or whatever. But I figured it was worth asking.
