Getting mapshare to work on TT7

Ok so after setting my devide to a Tom Tom 720 on my account over at tomtom.com and then purchasing the 720 maps and then downloading and installing TomTom home 2.3 on my pc and installing the maps via that all is working well APART from tomtom home won't let me use mapshare at it recognises that im using a PDA and not a 720 (mapshare is greyed out and when clicking it says wrong device or words to that effect)

Has anyone managed to enable mapshare for their kaiser and if so how?

Yeah that didn't work for me.
copying to program files and deleting from the original location resulted in TTHome giving out a error.

It will result in an error, just cancel that and it should update.

Ok right gotcha
You are right just click on the back button and it will update mapshare.

Just to check though is it right that the actual mapshare button is removed from the tomtom home panel?

yes the button is removed but you can still access mapshare by clicking on the main screen where it tells you how many mapshare updates you have
